what was I going to do with my third
grade science project styrofoam balls uh
on wire hangers that were around that
uh for Neil's information I received a
B+
on but now of course it's useless all I
know is the class rooms where I grew up
have a poster of the presidents in the
front of the room and they got a poster
of the planets and we all at some point
went out and got the styrofoam balls all
right everyone's done the styrofoam
balls with spray paint um some of us in
collaboration with friends and fellow
students to now
downgrade the planet that a lot of us
kind of identified with and hung our
hopes on is I think a slap in the face
to millions of American school children
first thing we had to do is all go home
and dismantle our Gumball and Christmas
tree ornament solar systems that each of
us had treasured since high school I
think we all just want to be one of the
styrofoam balls
