And also floating in that broth, pig heart bits and jellied goose blood. And it really had a fascinating texture. Julia Child, she was a spy. Got to be in the African Queen when Humphrey Bogart had the leeches on his chest and Katherine Heppern was dumping salt on it and he says, "I hate leeches. The dirty little buggers."
