Challenge my name is Bruce Hall and I'm
the president of Team dad uh I'm in this
race with my brother Dave
Hall vadine Acoustics is our family run
business where we actually sell high
performance subwoofers for home
theater Dave was a guy always looking
for a new engineering challenge and
DARPA has confirmed a date for for our
site visit we will show them our vehicle
navigating we will show them our stereo
cameras so we'll do all the things we
need to do for the site visit but for us
it's a non it's a non-issue uh we know
we're going to the next race if you guys
don't mind giving us about 5 minutes um
what we'd like to do is place a barrel
here on one leg of the course and see if
we have enough Vision recognition to
avoid it the dark is hurting our vision
system you want to watch this road that
traverses you can just stand right here
and watch sounds good thanks guys
you want to really just let it go yeah

we're that's if you want to do more
practices that's fine too yeah we do I
mean we have time we it is coming out of
your time at this point what's that it

accomplishing the mission which is to
show them capability that we're viable
contenders and that they should invite
us and we're feeling pretty confident
