After we will have been resurrected
there is no help
other than our good deeds.
Except for our good deeds.
فَإِذَا نُفِخَ فِي الصُّورِ
فَلَا أَنْسَابَ بَيْنَهُمْ
And when the trumpet is blown,
no ties of kinship prevail among them.
There is no more relationship
with father, son, mother.
Each has
their own affairs.
This is the law of origin.
Later there is such a thing as
intercession.
As we discussed in chapter of
monotheism,
a father can intercede for his children.
Children give intercession to their
fathers.
Husband intercedes for their wife.
One intercedes for his friend.
That is a later business. The first
thing that helps you
is only righteous deeds.
Therefore, the Prophet ﷺ said ...
وَيَا فَاطِمَةُ بِنْتَ مُحَمَّدٍ
سَلِينِى مَا شِئْتِ مِنْ مَالِى
لاَ أُغْنِى عَنْكِ مِنَ اللَّهِ شَيْئًا
O Fatimah, daughter of Muhammad.
Ask for treasure from me, I will give.
But I cannot avail you anything.
The Prophet said.
يَا صَفِيَّةُ عَمَّةَ رَسُولِ اللَّه
O Sofia, paternal aunt of the Messenger
of Allah!
لاَ أُغْنِى عَنْكِ مِنَ اللَّهِ شَيْئًا
Save yourself, I cannot
save you.
يَا عَبَّاسُ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ
O Abbas bin Abdil Muttallib,
uncle of Muhammad.
Save yourself.
لاَ أُغْنِى عَنْكَ مِنَ اللَّهِ شَيْئًا
I cannot save you at all.
"I'm just tying kinship."
"I cannot save you,"
said the Prophet ﷺ.
Therefore, one thing that can save
a person is his good deeds.
Al Quran and charity can intercede
for him.
Fasting can be an intercession for him.
Righteous deeds can become intercession
for him in the realm of Barzah.
As I explained previously.
In the realm of Barzah, righteous deeds
come in the form of a very handsome
person.
The person smells good and is pleasant
to see.
He asks, "Who are you?"
This person answers,
"I am your good deed when you were
alive."
In the Land of Assembly, the Prophet ﷺ
said ...
ان رجل تحت ظل صدقت يوم القيامه
كُلُّ امْرِئٍ تحت ظل ظِلِّ صَدَقَتِهِ
يوم القيامه
"One will be under the shade
of his charity, on the Day of
Ressurection.
In the Land of Assembly.
The more his charity is
the more he is sheltered.
Right away, because what he did were
righteous deeds.
Not others' deeds.
Islam never teaches us
to rely on others.
Islam tells you to do righteous deeds.
Tells you to do righteous deeds
As for the many deeds,
Jariyah charity, that's your own deeds.
If you want to have a righteous child
you are the one who teaches him.
So that he becomes righteous
who will help you.
Islam does not teach you
to rely on your teacher.
To rely on your neighbors.
"Relax, the important thing is to learn
from him."
Islam is not like that
If there is a teaching saying that
we can get into Paradise without
righteous deeds, that is wrong.
"Take it easy, if you do this,
you will enter Paradise."
"If you become my student, you will
enter Paradise."
"If you take pictures with me, you will
enter Paradise."
I went to a village.
They say, taking pictures with the kiai/ teacher

... by paying ...
A little far, this sum; closer this sum;
taking his arms, this sum.
This is horrific.
Islam teaches us if you want to be
saved,
it is with your own charity.
As for Christians, if you believe in
Jesus,
it is enough.
The important thing is that Jesus has
already redeemed the sins.
Islam is not like that.
We must do righteous deeds.
Allah SWT said:
فما له من قوة ولا ناصر
"There is no power nor helper,
that can help him."
As for intercession, that is the second
matter.
One may get intercession.
Or may not.
Whether one wants to give the
intercessor
is moved to intercede.
Whether he asks permission from Allah.
"O Allah allow me
to intercede for Fulan."
Among many people.
In which order you will be
to be interceded.
Maybe his father first, his mother,
while you may get or may not, we don't
know.
To intercede, he will ask permission,
we don't know if it is granted or not.
In the hadith, it is mentioned, a lot of
those
who go to hell, before getting
interceded.
After being tortured, then his friends
intercede him.
He gets intercession after entering
hell.
Never rely on others.
The only ones who help you are your good
deeds
with the permission of Allah SWT.
