if you have heard me speak before you
you know that I talk about exploring uh
the world of healthy eating so I want to
actually show you what kind of healthy
Ethiopian food uh looks like all right
let's go
inside this is a vegetarian Ethiopian
meal and this brown um bread is called
inira it's actually a fermented bread
made with te in ancient grain it is
actually healthy it's a probiotic bread
but this is what's so amazing it's
beautiful plate this is colored greens
uh good source of dietary fiber great
with vitamins good for gut health this
is cabbage a great source of dietary
fibers and suor fans as part of the
Brasa family and cauliflower and
cauliflower also has wonderful suorin
now the three real three different color
lentils and lentils are good for gut
