hey Dr will Le here I travel a lot and I
want to show you how I deal a choice at
a buffet and I'm going to just narrate
how I would recommend making choices so
let's go here we are at a cold sea Tre
station these are crab legs crab legs
are actually uh a good source of omega-3
fatty acids uh shrimp uh also have
omega-3 fatty acids and so do
muscle all right next I am looking
at shrimp salad and some kimchi and of
course kimchi is a fermented food it's a
probiotic food good for your gut
microbiome I would actually go for the
kimchi let's take a look here wakam
salad all right wame it's a it's seaweed
actually good for lowering inflammation
uh and good for the G microbiome and
here's edamame AME soy edamame soy
actually good for your metabolism so you
know I would actually take these vegan
and gluten-free uh choices not so bad
