Kind: captions Language: en so those of you who know my bookie to beat your diet know that Chili Peppers actually are good for the metabolism because Chili Peppers actually contain capsaicin which actually can increase your metabolism and the way it works is that capsaicin the part that gives the burn it goes in your tongue activates a receptor called a trip V1 which then sends us text message to your brain and how does your brain release a hormone called norepinephrine the norepinephrine goes down your nerves and activates your brown fat which then turns on your metabolism it's a space heater function of a brown fat so that's actually how you burn harmful body fat okay so um I found lots of different ways of actually having chili pepper you can have salsa hot sauce you can actually have Sriracha you can actually have any kind of hot salsa but I want to show you what I found today for lunch that's actually chili in a salad a cucumber salad specifically it's got cucumbers which have a ton of bioactives antioxidants by themselves a little garlic it's got some vinegar which is actually acetic acid is good for your metabolism but it's got a lot of spicy chili peppers which makes it absolutely delicious here it is check it out this is a cucumber salad with garlic and chili a little bit of vinegar it's kind of pickled absolutely delicious and let's go try one show you what it looks like there you go this is a pickled cucumber with um chili pepper garlic and vinegar crunchy light there's a little Zing absolutely healthy good for your metabolism to learn more check out my book Eat to beat your diet and get it wherever books are sold and you would learn all kinds of foods I just wanted to show you this is part of a Mediterranean lunch this is the Asian side
