hey there I am within
I shot a finishing my book and I thought
I would actually let you in a little
behind the scenes look at
um what things are like I've got
um tons of research
um that I actually accumulated over the
last year
um look this is a whole series of old
school cards I created for all the foods
that I wanted to cover I'm actually
finishing up one of the chapters on
beverage and in particular I'm not
working on coffee but it was so close to
finishing it feels so
it's near the Finish Line I can't tell
you um how excited I am and it's been a
huge team of people working behind the
scenes with me on the research on the
you know fine points of of
um the details uh and the research of
science everything else is a is a huge
thing but anyway most people will talk
to an author maybe when the book is done
or get ready to launch I wanted to share
with you what it's actually like uh
um to actually feel like when you can
see that Finish Line all right I got to
get back to this thing
