three things I'm going to be doing in
2023 to give me a healthier metabolism
number one I'm going to be eating more
dried fruit dried fruit like apples and
pears and apricots and mangoes of papaya
contain healthy dietary fiber and
bioactives that activate your health
defenses and improve your metabolism
through the gut microbiome and when your
gut microbiome or gut bacteria is
healthy your body uses energy more
efficiently and that improves your
metabolism
number two
I'll be skipping in a meal too every
week either a breakfast or lunch and the
reason is you skip a meal it allows your
metabolism to burn down harmful body fat
less harmful body fat means more Fitness
means better metabolism I'll just need
to remember not to overeat the next time
I sit down to eat
number three I'll be cooking with beans
I love beans Navy beans black beans
edamame garbanzo beans you name it beans
are known as legumes and they are packed
with dietary fiber people who eat beans
live longer and have better metabolism
and less harmful body fat
