all right I'm actually traveling and I'm
staying at a hotel and uh I actually
wanted to order some dinner so I wanted
to tell you what I did to have something
healthy and tasty
all the secrets are in my book Eat to

all right here's what I did rather than
order room service and get a burger
I used ubereats and I got something from
a Chinese restaurant
let me show you what it is
check it out this is actually string
beans cooked with XO sauce
let me explain to you what's good about
it
a string bean is a legume in which the

that string beans actually have a lot of
